This is to inform you that Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited has received an order from Superintendent (Range - 1) office of the Central Goods and Service Tax and Central Excise Division, Lucknow, under section 73 of CGST Act read with UPGST Act, 2017 and IGST Act, 2017 and rules framed thereunder for the financial year 2021-22.
