In terms of Regulation 30, 33 and Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations') read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, we inform/submit that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today, i.e. November 12, 2025, have, inter-alia, considered, approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2025 and the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon and approve publication of the Results in the newspaper.
