Approved the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2024 along with Limited Review Report as received from the statutory auditor of the company and the same is annexed herewith 2. Interim Dividend: Declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.025/- per equity share of par value Rs. 5/- each (i.e 0.5% of face value of equity shares) for the financial year ending on March 31, 2025, to the Members of the Company as on February 17, 2025, being the Record Date. The payment of Interim Dividend will be made on or before March 7, 2025.
