Pursuant to the Reg. 30(5) of SEBI (LODR), 2015 the Board of Directors of the company authorised Mr. Babulal Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Viresh Sohoni, CFO, & Ms. Pranjal Mahapure, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to determine the materiality of any event or information to classify any event or information as a material event and to make disclosure for the same.
