Commodity Trading & Distribution company Lloyds Enterprises announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: For Q4FY26, the company reported a total income of Rs 790.43 crore, reflecting a growth of 50.11% YoY compared to Rs 526.67 crore in Q4FY25 and a growth of 136.93% QoQ compared to Rs 333.61 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, total income stood at Rs 2,183.71 crore as against Rs 1,570.93 crore in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 719.64 crore, an increase of 47.07% YoY from Rs 489.32 crore in Q4FY25 and an increase of 140.54% QoQ from Rs 299.18 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 1,756.29 crore, up 18.01% YoY from Rs 1,488.29 crore in FY25. Net Profit: The company recorded a net profit of Rs 60.31 crore in Q4FY26, representing a significant increase of 3,213.74% YoY from Rs 1.82 crore in Q4FY25 and an increase of 119.31% QoQ from Rs 27.50 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, consolidated net profit stood at Rs 374.53 crore, a growth of 196.52% YoY compared to Rs 126.31 crore in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income: Total comprehensive income for Q4FY26 was Rs 342.73 crore compared to a loss of Rs 143.57 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, it stood at Rs 713.76 crore. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for the full year FY26 was Rs 3.08 and Rs 1.98 respectively, compared to Rs 0.97 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 271.56 crore, a growth of 12.06% YoY from Rs 242.34 crore in Q4FY25 and a growth of 432.16% QoQ from Rs 51.03 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, total standalone income was Rs 812.09 crore as against Rs 626.76 crore in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 224.61 crore, a slight decrease of 0.70% YoY from Rs 226.19 crore in Q4FY25 but a growth of 360.64% QoQ from Rs 48.76 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 463.20 crore, compared to Rs 593.37 crore in FY25. Net Profit: Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 21.45 crore, representing a growth of 1,078.57% YoY from Rs 1.82 crore in Q4FY25 and a recovery from a net loss of Rs 4.68 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, standalone net profit was Rs 268.09 crore, up 1,531.71% YoY from Rs 16.43 crore in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Standalone basic EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 1.98 compared to Rs 0.13 in FY25. Business Highlights Final Dividend: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.05 (Rupee Zero and Five Paise only) (i.e. 5%) per equity share of face value Rs 1/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. Segment Performance: Engineering: This segment recorded the highest revenue of Rs 1,267.27 crore. Steel: Revenue from the steel segment stood at Rs 765.82 crore. Electrical: This segment contributed Rs 187.26 crore. Real Estate: Revenue from real estate activities was Rs 66.91 crore. Segment Results: Steel: Rs 297.93 crore. Engineering: Rs 177.69 crore. Exceptional Items: The company recognized an incremental impact of Rs 5.39 crore (Consolidated) and Rs 4.92 crore (Standalone) for the year ended 31st March, 2026, under "Impact of Labour Codes" due to changes in the definition of "wages". Strategic Acquisitions: During the year, the company's subsidiary, Lloyds Engineering Works Limited, acquired a 76% stake in Metalfab Hightech Private Limited for Rs 28.40 crore. Additionally, the company acquired a 100% stake in Techno Industries Private Limited for Rs 22.70 crore. Rights Issue: On September 10, 2025, the company allotted 25,44,25,324 partly paid-up equity shares at Rs 39/- per share (including a premium of Rs 38/-). Corporate Restructuring: The Board approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement for the merger of Lloyds Realty Developers Limited and Indrajit Properties Private Limited into Lloyds Enterprises Limited and the demerger of the Real Estate Business Undertaking into Lloyds Realty Limited.
