The Company has received notice from BSE regarding non compliance of Regulation 19(1) / 19(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 w.r.t composition of NRC Committee for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 and imposed a fine of Rs 1,98,240/- including gst. The Company has filed a waiver application today for full waiver of fine since, the Company is very much in compliance of the said regulation.
