In pursuant to our earlier letter dated 21st May, 2026 regarding final dividend of Rs 20/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, the Company has fixed Friday, 17th July, 2026 as Record Date for the purpose of dividend.
