B S R & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company on the financial results. Pursuant to the Clause (d) of sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors of the Company, has issued Unmodified Opinion in the Auditors Reports on the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2025.
