Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, We wish to inform that, the Company is in receipt of orders 621/2024 and 622/2024 dated 10.12.2024 issued by sub-Registrar, Dharapuram, Tirupur District, Tamilnadu, received by us on 26.12.2024, whereby registration of a certain mortgage, created in favour of the lenders to the Company over certain lands owned by the company has been refused by the aforesaid proceedings, confined to specific S.F. Nos 371/3 and 371/4, wherein the weaving unit of the Company operates, citing certain entries in the departmental record, notwithstanding the fact that the Company has sale deed in its favour, has mortgages created in favour of the lenders, has clear title opinion taken from law firms in its favour and has been in uninterrupted and peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject lands since 2006. The company is discussing taking of appropriate steps including possibility of filing appeal to the higher authority in this regard.
