Further, please take note that, vide letter dated September 24th, 2025, we have informed you about the closure of ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2025 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
