This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s code of of fair Disclosure and conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Thursday, 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025.
