The "Trading Window" for trading/ dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 1st October 2025 till the expiry of 48 Hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ending on 30th September 2025 for the Directors, Designated Employees, Key Managerial Personnel and other Connected Persons as covered under Securities Exchange Board of India ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
