The "Window Closure" for trading/Dealing in the Shares of the Company will be closed from 1st July 2025 till the expiry of 48 Hours after the Declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ending on 30th June 2025 for the Directors, Designated Employees, Key Managerial Personnel and other Connected Persons as covered under SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
