Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "SEBI Listing Regulations"), this is to inform you that Mr. Suresh Arora, who was appointed/re-appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. June 14, 2022, has completed his tenure as Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on June 13, 2025. In this context, we would further like to inform you that Mr. Suresh Arora will continue to be associated with the Board of Directors of the Company as Non-Executive Non-Independent. Relevant details in connection with the change in designation of Mr. Suresh Arora as per Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, are enclosed herewith as Annexure-1
