BPO/KPO company Alldigi Tech announced Q1FY27 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: The company reported a total income of Rs 10,608 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a growth of 19.37% QoQ from Rs 8,887 lakh in Q4FY26 and an increase of 5.69% YoY compared to Rs 10,037 lakh in Q1FY26. Revenue from Operations: Revenue stood at Rs 8,490 lakh in Q1FY27, showing a decline of 3.56% QoQ from Rs 8,803 lakh in Q4FY26, but a growth of 1.82% YoY from Rs 8,338 lakh in Q1FY26. Net Profit: The net profit for the quarter reached Rs 2,956 lakh, marking a significant QoQ increase of 47.58% from Rs 2,003 lakh in Q4FY26 and a YoY growth of 36.28% compared to Rs 2,169 lakh in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: This parameter was reported at Rs 3,064 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 1,849 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 2,087 lakh in Q1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 19.40 (not annualised), up from Rs 13.14 in Q4FY26 and Rs 14.23 in Q1FY26. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: Consolidated total income for Q1FY27 was Rs 15,333 lakh, showing a slight QoQ decrease of 2.25% from Rs 15,686 lakh in Q4FY26, but a growth of 4.42% YoY from Rs 14,684 lakh in Q1FY26. Revenue from Operations: Consolidated revenue was Rs 15,028 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a QoQ decline of 2.84% from Rs 15,467 lakh in Q4FY26 and a YoY growth of 4.43% from Rs 14,391 lakh in Q1FY26. Net Profit: Profit attributable to the owners was Rs 1,812 lakh in Q1FY27, a decline of 37.26% QoQ from Rs 2,888 lakh in Q4FY26, but an increase of 21.69% YoY from Rs 1,489 lakh in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: For Q1FY27, this stood at Rs 1,975 lakh, compared to Rs 2,800 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,483 lakh in Q1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 11.89 (not annualised), compared to Rs 18.95 in Q4FY26 and Rs 9.77 in Q1FY26. Business Highlights: Business Process Management (BPM): Revenue: The segment generated Rs 10,967 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 11,035 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 10,764 lakh in Q1FY26. Segment Results: Profit for the BPM segment was Rs 1,308 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 1,496 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,489 lakh in Q1FY26. Technology & Digital (T&D;): Revenue: The T&D; segment reported revenue of Rs 4,061 lakh in Q1FY27, showing a growth of 11.97% YoY from Rs 3,627 lakh in Q1FY26, though it declined from Rs 4,432 lakh in Q4FY26. Segment Results: This segment recorded a profit of Rs 1,742 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 1,948 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,577 lakh in Q1FY26. Corporate and Other Highlights: Interim Dividend: The Board has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 30 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year FY27. Registered Office Change: The company approved shifting its registered office within Chennai from Velachery to DLF Cyber City, Manapakkam, effective July 25, 2026. Dividend Income: Standalone results include dividend income of Rs 1,847 lakh received from its wholly owned subsidiary, Alldigi Tech Manila Inc. (Philippines) in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 1,427 lakh in Q1FY26. Taxation: The company opted for deduction under Section 80M of the Income Tax Act, 1961, regarding dividend income from its subsidiary. Following the conclusion of assessment proceedings for Assessment Year 2023-24, provisions created towards foreign tax credit of Rs 264 lakh were reversed in Q1FY27.
