To consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as intimated vide our letter dated June 26, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed from July 01, 2024 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 i.e., the trading window shall remain closed up to Friday the 16th Day of August, 2024.
