Rangana Siva & Associates, as Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2024-25 4. Re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Copparapu (DIN: 08306534) as Whole time Director for further period of 3 years w.e.f. 21st August, 2024 subject to the approval of shareholders at the next General Meeting.
