Reason for Cessation: Ms. Kumari Maitrayee (Membership No. A59800) informed us that due to personal reason she will not be able to continue as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 28.02.2025, which was already informed in the Corporate Announcement dated 21.02.2025. 2. Resignation Letter : Attached 3. Reason for not submitting within 7 days of effective date of resignation: We have informed BSE within 24 hours of receipt of the resignation letter dated 20.02.2025 from Ms. Kumari Maitrayee (Membership No. A59800) Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on 21.02.2025.
