The Paid up equity share capital and net worth of Rajasthan Gases Limited as on 31st March, 2022 is Rs. 1,61,21,400/- and Rs. 1,22,87,859/- respectively. Therefore, please appreciate that submission of 'Annual Secretarial compliance report 'under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the Year ended 31st March, 2023 shall not be applicable.
