Hotels company Brigade Hotel Ventures announced Q1FY26 results Q1FY26 Financial Highlights: Portfolio Revenue: The company’s portfolio revenue for Q1FY26, is Rs 125.0 crore as against Rs.102.2 crore in Q1FY25, increased by 22% YoY. EBITDA: EBITDA is Rs. 41.8 crore as against Rs.33.6 crore in Q1FY25, grew by 24% YoY. F&B; Revenue: Revenue from the food and beverage segment is Rs. 43.9 crore as against Rs.33.4 crore, increased by 32% YoY. Operational Highlights: Strong market performance in Bangalore (~12% RevPAR growth YoY) and in Chennai (~13% YoY). GIFT City, Gujarat delivered ~44% RevPAR growth, supported by IT & financial sector expansion. Demand resilience driven by disciplined rate management and event-led demand capture, despite seasonal and geopolitical headwinds.
