Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 7 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has served the notice of termination dated December 18, 2024 to Link Intime India Pvt Ltd, the RTA of the Company. We also inform you that the Board at its Meeting held today, i.e. on December 19, 2024 has appointed Cameo Corporate Services Limited having its Registered Office at `Subramanian Building'', No.1, Club House Road, Chennai 600 002, as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company. The formalities for change of RTA relating to documentations, shifting of electronic connectivity and transition of records are in process. However, Linkintime will continue to act as the RTA of the Company and render Registrar and Transfer Agent services to the Company, Investors and Members till such time the database and the electronic connectivity is shifted to CAMEO and until the requisite confirmations are received from NSDL and CDSL.
