In continuation of our earlier disclosures dated August 14, 2025 and August 28, 2025, made under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received the final tranche of the remaining consideration amounting to INR 54,55,500, thereby completing the total consideration of INR 196,00,00,000 towards the sale of its entire 80% shareholding in Emirates Technologies Private Limited ("ETPL"), a subsidiary of the Company. All other terms and details of the transaction, as disclosed earlier, remain unchanged. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of ETPL in its Board Meeting held today i.e. September 04, 2025 has approved the transfer of 160,00,00,000 equity shares held by Majestic Auto Limited ("the Company") The above transfers have been undertaken and ETPL has ceased to be a subsidiary of Majestic Auto Limited.
