With reference to the above, as informed the shutdown taken by the Company for Annual Maintenance and Boiler Passing is under progress satisfactorily. In the meanwhile, we have also undertaken the work of improving the efficiency and capacity of the plant, therefore, it will take additional 10 to 15 days for completion of the entire activities. Further we have been informed by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for making arrangements for disposal of wastes generated from our manufacturing activities before commencing the production activities. Company is doing necessary arrangements for the same and are confident that within 15 days the same shall also be completed. Letter is enclosed.
