The above said approval of Rs.20 Crores is in addition to the limit of Rs.40 Crores approved by the Board of Directors dated 24-05-2023 for providing Corporate Guarantee on behalf of M/s. Sandhya Spinning Mill Limited. In accordance with proviso to Regulation 30(4)(i) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors dated 24-05-2023, the Company had provided Corporate Guarantee to M/s. Tata Capital Financial Services Limited on 14-07-2023 on behalf of M/s. Sandhya Spinning Mill Limited for the value of Rs.20 Crores.
