The Exchange is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank in the meeting held today i.e. 07th May, 2025 has inter alia: ? Considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Bank for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2025. ? Recommended Dividend of Rs. 2.90 per equity share (145%) of face value of Rs.2/- each for FY 2024-25, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank. ? Considered the proposal of raising of capital for an amount up to Rs. 8000 crore through issuance of Basel III compliant Bonds (Additional Tier-I Bonds up to Rs. 4000 crore and Tier- II Bonds up to Rs. 4000 crore), to be raised in one or more tranches during FY 2025-26. ? Approved convening of 24th Annual General Meeting of the Bank on Friday, 27th June, 2025 at 11.00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
