The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 05th September, 2025 recommended the appointment of M/s Deepak Patil & Co. , Practising Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 years, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
