Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Companys Directors, Designated Employees / Persons from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
