It is informed that the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Designated Persons of the Company from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours, after announcement of the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024.
