This is in continuation of our intimation dated April 09, 2025, we pleased to enclose copies of the newspapers advertisement published in Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on April 10, 2025 regarding dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice to the shareholders, seeking their approval on the resolutions as set out in the notice and requested them also to cast their vote on the said resolutions.
