The Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 01, 2025, has inter-alia approved the following: 1. the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. 2. sub-division/split of 1 (one) equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) each fully paid-up into 5 (five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each fully paid-up. This shall be subject to statutory and regulatory approvals as applicable, and approval of shareholders of the Company; 3. the alteration of Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company consequent to the sub-division/split of existing equity shares.
