This is in reference to the COmpany,s letter dated 19.09.2025 in relation to Show Cause Notice issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to Mr. Anil Arora, Ex. CFO, Mr. Bharat Bhushan Mehta, Ex. CFO and Mr. Ashok Kumar Shukla, Company Secretary. In this regard, we wish to inform you that Adjudication Officer of SEBI , vide its order dated December 17, 2025, has disposed of the aforesaid Show Cause Notices issued to the above-mentioned individulas without imposition of any monetary penalty by inter-alia oserving that the alleged violation is not established against the Noticees.
