Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the copies of the notice published in the Business Standard (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) editions today i.e. August 28, 2026, in accordance with the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, requesting the concerned shareholders to lodge claims in respect of 1st Interim Dividend for FY2019-20 that are unclaimed for the last seven years, failing which the said dividend and the shares underlying such dividend shall be liable to be transferred to IEPF.
