Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we submit that at the BM held today dated 24.05.2024, the Board has inter alia considered and approved the resignation of the Company Secretary from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company with effect from the closing of the business hours on May 31, 2024.
