With reference to the above cited subject, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. Monday, 12th August, 2024, inter-alia, has Approved and taken on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2024, and Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with other statutory agenda''s approved as mentioned in the attached intimation letter.
