Construction & Engineering company KNR Constructions announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: For Q4FY26, the company reported a total income of Rs 56,427.69 lakh, compared to Rs 59,443.77 lakh in Q3FY26, representing a QoQ decrease of 5.07%. Compared to Rs 86,970.63 lakh in Q4FY25, this marks a YoY decrease of 35.12%. Revenue from Operations: Revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 53,533.15 lakh, down 8.50% QoQ from Rs 58,506.41 lakh and down 37.11% YoY from Rs 85,119.40 lakh. Net Profit: The standalone net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,922.84 lakh, showing a QoQ growth of 9.01% from Rs 1,763.92 lakh, but a YoY decline of 74.43% from Rs 7,519.50 lakh. Annual Performance: For FY26, total income was Rs 2,16,065.84 lakh, showing a YoY decrease of 43.29% from Rs 3,81,030.50 lakh in FY25. The annual net profit stood at Rs 11,606.22 lakh, a decrease of 84.01% compared to Rs 72,568.08 lakh in FY25. Consolidated Financial Results: Total Income: Consolidated total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 71,454.58 lakh, a QoQ decrease of 5.58% from Rs 75,674.27 lakh and a YoY decrease of 28.58% from Rs 1,00,050.71 lakh. Revenue from Operations: Revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 69,559.04 lakh, down 6.41% QoQ from Rs 74,319.51 lakh and down 28.67% YoY from Rs 97,521.00 lakh. Net Profit: The consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 9,361.94 lakh, representing a QoQ decrease of 8.03% from Rs 10,179.66 lakh, but a YoY growth of 1,178.10% compared to Rs 732.49 lakh in Q4FY25. Annual Performance: For FY26, consolidated total income reached Rs 2,76,323.21 lakh, a decrease of 45.49% YoY from Rs 5,06,885.49 lakh. The consolidated net profit for the year was Rs 41,943.53 lakh, compared to Rs 1,02,061.43 lakh in FY25, representing a YoY decline of 58.90%. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The Group is primarily engaged in "Construction and Engineering activities". The operations of the Group comprise of only one segment, and accordingly, the financial results are reflective of the information required by Ind AS 108 'Operating Segments'. Dividend: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.25/- per equity share of face value of Rs 2/- each for the financial year FY26. Claims and Settlements: During Q4FY26, the company recognized claims of Rs 16,297.36 lakh from clients on settlement. Based on these settlements, an assessment of project costs resulted in a cost revision of Rs 13,552.14 lakh in the consolidated financial results. Project Update (Kaleswaram Project): Trade receivables and unbilled amounts include Rs 1,36,331.90 lakh as of March 31, 2026, relating to the Kaleswaram Package 4 Irrigation Project in Telangana. Collections have been stalled since March 2023. The company has made a provision for Expected Credit Loss (ECL) of Rs 2,792.26 lakh for this project in the standalone results.
