In compliance with Regulation 30 read with schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved investment in equity shares of MLL Express Services Private Limited (MESPL), wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, upto an amount not exceeding Rs. 50 crores by way of subscription to Rights Issues of MESPL.
