In accordance with the Company''s code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the "Trading Window" would remain closed for Promoters, Designated Persons, Immediate relatives and other connected persons of the Company from January 01, 2026. The closure is in connection with the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine month ending December 31, 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration and dissemination of the said financial results to the stock exchange.
