In accordance with the Company''s code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the "Trading Window", would remain closed for Promoters, Directors, Designated persons, Immediate relatives and other connected persons of the Company from October 01, 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after declaration and dissemination of the said financial results to the stock exchange. The closure is in connection with declaration of financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025.
