We wish to inform you that IFB Agro Industries Limited has entered into and executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) dated 30th May, 2025 with Cargill India Private Limited for aquisition of its entire commercial compound shrimp feed and freshwater fish feed business undertaking in India as a going concern on a slump sale basis in accordance with the terms and conditions of the BTA. Further we would like to inform you that the Company has completed all its formalities for the said aquisition and the Company has made the payment of total consideration of Rs. 110 crs, (Rupees One Hundred and Ten Crores) subject to Working capital and certain other agreed adjustments in accordance with the terms of the BTA to Cargill India Pvt. Ltd through bank transfer on 31st July, 2025.
