This is further to our earlier intimations, with respect to the proposed acquisition of controlling stake in Sammaan Capital Limited by Avenir Investment RSC Ltd (Investor), which us owned and controlled by International Holding Company PJSC (Proposed Transaction). We wish to inform that the Reserve Bank of India has vide its letter dated March 24, 2026, approved the applications made by the Company and Sammaan Finserve Limited (SFL)respectively, in respect of undertaking the Proposed Transaction, including indirect change of control of SFL pursuant to the Proposed Transaction.
