The Board of Directors at its meeting held on may 13, 2025 has considered and approved appointment of M/s. SGS Associates LLP, Company Secretaries, a peer reviewed firm, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the 42nd AGM.
