2/3 Wheelers company Hero MotoCorp announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The consolidated revenue stood at Rs 13,126.35 crore in Q1FY27, representing a YoY increase of 34.94% compared to Rs 9,727.75 crore in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 1.14% from Rs 12,978.28 crore in Q4FY26. Total Income: The company reported a total income of Rs 13,586.09 crore in Q1FY27, up 35.35% YoY from Rs 10,037.69 crore in Q1FY26 and an increase of 3.02% QoQ from Rs 13,188.32 crore in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax: Profit before tax reached Rs 1,920.72 crore in Q1FY27, a decline of 9.66% YoY compared to Rs 2,126.01 crore in Q1FY26, but an increase of 4.36% QoQ from Rs 1,840.52 crore in Q4FY26. Net Profit After Tax: The company reported a profit after tax of Rs 1,417.93 crore in Q1FY27. This was a decrease of 16.87% YoY from Rs 1,705.65 crore in Q1FY26 and a decrease of 3.80% QoQ from Rs 1,473.92 crore in Q4FY26. (Note: The previous year's profit included a one-time gain of Rs 722 crore). Total Comprehensive Income: Total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,410.57 crore, compared to Rs 1,694.13 crore in Q1FY26 and Rs 1,532.61 crore in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue was Rs 12,998.82 crore in Q1FY27, showing a growth of 35.70% YoY over Rs 9,578.86 crore in Q1FY26 and a 1.58% growth QoQ from Rs 12,796.53 crore in Q4FY26. Total Income: Total standalone income stood at Rs 13,439.71 crore in Q1FY27, rising 35.99% YoY from Rs 9,882.53 crore in Q1FY26 and 3.34% QoQ from Rs 13,005.16 crore in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax: Profit before tax for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,955.86 crore, a YoY growth of 31.53% from Rs 1,487.00 crore in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 5.45% from Rs 1,854.79 crore in Q4FY26. Net Profit After Tax: The standalone profit after tax stood at Rs 1,454.48 crore in Q1FY27, representing a YoY growth of 28.85% from Rs 1,125.70 crore in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 3.81% from Rs 1,401.13 crore in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 72.69, compared to Rs 56.28 in Q1FY26 and Rs 70.04 in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Sales Volume: The company sold 16.77 lakh units of motorcycles and scooters in Q1FY27, reflecting a growth of 23% over 13.67 lakh units in Q1FY26. EBITDA Performance: Standalone EBITDA for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,727 crore (growth of 25% YoY), with an EBITDA margin of 13.3%. Consolidated EBITDA stood at Rs 1,746 crore. Parts, Accessories, and Merchandising (PAM) Business: Revenue from the PAM business reached Rs 1,689 crore, registering a growth of 30% over the previous year. Emerging Mobility (VIDA): Recorded a 151% YoY growth. The company expanded its retail footprint and introduced a "Battery-as-a-Service" campaign. Global Business: Registered a 63% YoY growth. Momentum was driven by an expanding premium portfolio and strategic re-entry into international markets like Ecuador. Harley-Davidson Business: Delivered a 105% YoY growth. The network expanded to 21 full-line dealerships across India. Segment Performance: The company's business activity falls within a single operating segment, namely the "automotive" segment. Channel Expansion: Expanded presence with 70 new touchpoints, including new Premia outlets in Tamil Nadu and Assam, bringing the total Premia network to 132 outlets nationwide. Corporate Initiative: The Board approved setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, named "Hero MotoCorp Foundation - A Santosh Munjal Legacy," with an initial subscription money of Rs 1 crore.
