Further to the earlier intimation dated August 14, 2025, we hereby advise that a Business Transfer Agreement for transfer of the Company''s Consumer Care Business to Glenmark Consumer Care Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has been executed on September 15, 2025. The transaction is expected to be completed on or before December 31, 2025 subject to completion of customary conditions.
