Natvarlal Vepari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Surat in place of retiring statutory auditor viz. M/s. Rajendra & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, subject to approval of members at the ensuing 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
