Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter / half year ended 30th September, 2019. The Trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter / half year ended on 30th September, 2019 will be intimated in due course.
