Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons including Promoters, Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees and their connected persons from Tuesday, 1st October, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting in which Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September, 2024 will be approved.
