We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Tuesday, 13th August, 2024 considered and approved the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with the Limited Review Report as approved by the Statutory Auditor.
