Mr Amit Balkrishana Ghume has been appointed as the Managing Director of the company for a period of five years w.e.f 30th December, 2023 subject to the approval of shareholders and such other approvals as may be required to be obtained pursuant to the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
