The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from December 31, 2025 (Closing hours) till 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
