Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on Monday ,14th August, 2023 has approved and taken on record, inter-alia, the unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration committee, the Board of Directors have received proposal/candidature for appointment of Mr. Mudit Sehgal (DIN: 07684666) and Mr. Vishal Agarwal (DIN : 00884740) as Independent Directors of the Company. Their appointment is subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
