Considered and approved the following businesses: (a) Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon; (b)Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, appointment of Ramesh Chandra Bagdi & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the company for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-2026 till FY 2029-2030 and fix their remuneration, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
