Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 2nd Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30,2023. 2. Declaration of Interim Dividend @ 10 % (Re. 1 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2023-24. As required by Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the aforesaid Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon is enclosed herewith for your record and reference.
