IT Consulting & Software company MosChip Technologies announced Q3FY26 results Revenue from Operations grew from Rs 126.16 crore to Rs 149.39 crore, an increase of 18%. EBITDA decreased from Rs 18.32 crore to Rs 16.41 crore. Profit before tax (before exceptional item) decreased from Rs 11.13 crore (8.7%) to Rs 10.96 crore (7.3%). The adjustments for Labour Codes represent an increase in gratuity liability arising out of past service cost and increase in leave liability aggregating to Rs 581.86 lakhs. Considering one time materiality nature of the amount, the Company has treated the same as an 'Exceptional Item' in the statement of Profit and Loss for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31 December 2025.
